If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account and Eligibility

To use Clawcade Prize Booth, you must sign in with a valid Twitch account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs through your Twitch login. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for any violation of these terms.

3. Points and ClawCoins

Points (also referred to as "ClawCoins") are earned through participation in claw machine games during Twitch streams and other promotional activities. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are non-transferable between accounts. We reserve the right to adjust point balances in the event of errors, fraud, or abuse. Point balances may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these terms.

4. Prize Availability and Inventory

All prizes listed on Clawcade Prize Booth are available in limited quantities. We update our inventory as we acquire new products and as items are redeemed. Prize availability is displayed on the website, but inventory may change at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any prize from the catalog at any time. The inclusion of a prize in our catalog does not guarantee that it will remain available for redemption.

5. Prize Redemption

All prize redemptions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. When you redeem a prize, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account balance immediately.

In the event that a prize is redeemed by multiple users simultaneously (e.g., when only one item remains in stock), the first request received by our system will be fulfilled. Any subsequent redemptions for the same item that cannot be fulfilled will be cancelled, and the full point amount will be refunded to the affected user's account.

Once a redemption has been processed and shipped, it cannot be reversed. All redemptions are final unless cancelled by us due to inventory issues or other circumstances described in these terms.

6. Shipping

Prizes are shipped to the contiguous 48 United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We do not currently ship internationally. Shipping addresses must be validated through our address verification system before a redemption can be completed.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier availability and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided when available.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for prizes that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the user.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

If a redemption is cancelled by us (e.g., due to an out-of-stock item or a simultaneous redemption conflict), the points spent will be refunded in full to your account. We do not provide refunds for redemptions that have already been shipped. Since points have no cash value, no monetary refunds will be issued.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized points or prizes
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent point or prize limits
• Attempt to manipulate the redemption system or interfere with other users' redemptions
• Resell or commercially distribute Clawcade-branded merchandise
• Provide false shipping information

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, point forfeiture, and permanent banning from the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clawcade Prize Booth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service or the availability of any specific prize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of points, inability to redeem prizes, or shipping issues.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Clawcade Prize Booth website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Clawcade Prize Booth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
